I created this original adoption symbol pendant after much research on the symbol for this special occasion.  I solder the heart and triangle together to the sterling silver 1" disc and the back can be customized.  Each one is unique and will not be perfect as this is artisan made with no templates or machines.  
I now just offer the charm with birthstone or pearl giving you the option to order just the charm with pearl/birthstone.  Use the options box to add the additional  sterling chain.  Please advise in the customization box your preference of pearl or birthstone and the month as well as any wording preferences on the back.
