Family tree medium is 1" in diameter sterling silver disc with up to 12 stones in Swarovski Crystals.  Each stone represents the birth month of your family member.  This includes chain and customization.

Family names and other special words can be added at the bottom in place of the grass, etc.
This can be created for you in mixed metals as well.
