All custom order sales are final.  Any other orders for in stock items can be exchanged or will be considered for a refund within 7 days of receipt and after contacting us.  No refunds will be issued after 7 days (based on tracking delivery information from shipping company).  Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for covering the shipping charge to return.  Refunds will not be issued until the item(s) is received and in original condition and original gift packaging. 

When the package is shipped, I provide you with a shipping tracking number. 

I cannot be held responsible for lost packages however I will work with you to get a replacement if possible.
